Built upon more than 30 years of clinical expertise from Orthodynamics International, we developed an integrative approach to bodywork that extends beyond traditional massage therapy. Our method combines adaptive therapeutic touch, movement, and behavioral wellness to help people move, feel, and live better.
Our Story
The Genesis of MOVEMEND® I.A.M.
MOVEMEND® I.A.M. (Integrative Adaptive Massage & Movement) was born from lived experience...
The method evolved from the personal journey of our cofounder, Conrad Scharf, and his experience navigating a juvenile spinal disorder. Having dealt with back pain from an early age, Conrad discovered that combining stress management, myofascial therapy, and functional mobility was the most effective path to lasting relief.
Today, these same principles of soft tissue therapy and motor control form the backbone of the MOVEMEND® I.A.M. approach at Orthodynamics International LLC (DBA MyGoodHabit).
